The Compressed Air USA Micro Clean XF Filter line is an advanced filter technology for coalescing and particulate filtration in compressed air and gas applications. XF Filters utilize deep pleated media for exceptional particulate retention and custom anti-re-entrainment layer for oil aerosol removal. Our robust construction is designed for both longevity and energy efficiency as these models have an extremely low pressure drop across them (<125 mbar).
Manufactured in an ISO 9001 approved facility and tested in accordance with ISO 12500-4. Micro Clean filters are also designed to exceed the ISO 8753-1 standards for compressed air purity & the ISO 12500 series international standard for compressed air filter testing. Micro Clean filters also carry Canadian Registration Numbers (CRN) for approved use in every province of Canada. Our filters are also subject to a 1000 hour neutral salt spray test for corrosion resistance to ISO 9227:2006, burst pressure test for a 5:1 safety factor, 100% tested for pressure leaks, and 100% tested for aerosol integrity.

Compressed Air USA’s Micro Clean line offers proven Performance, Quality, and Reliability. We offer a complete and cost effective solution to Compressed Air Treatment. Over the 10 year life of a compressed air system, on average the cost of energy to run the system far outweighs the capital investment of buying it. While maintenance cost is not much, it is extremely important because it directly impacts energy efficiency and compressor health. A 10psig pressure drop represents a 5% increase in energy cost. Neglected filters that become clogged creates a continuous pressure drop, which destroys the efficiency of your system. Entrained water and oil destroys system components and tools. Protect your equipment, tools, processes, and ultimately your business.
For the highest quality compressed air possible, we recommend utilizing an Air Dryer, Line Filters, and a Water Trap to remove all contaminants from the system.
Where to install the High Efficiency Filter in your compressed air system:
In a system with a Refrigerated Air Dryer:
Air Compressor › Receiver › Water Trap › 1 Micron Filter › Refrigerated Air Dryer › 0.01 Micron Filter
In a system with a Desiccant Air Dryer:
Air Compressor › Receiver › Water Trap › 0.01 Micron Filter › Desiccant Air Dryer › 1 Micron Filter
In a system at the Point of Use:
Water Trap › 1 Micron Filter › 0.01 Micron Filter › Point of Use Connection
