Returns

  • Compressed Air USA offers returns within 30 days (of delivery) on new and unused items.
  • Contact us to initiate the return process either by phone or email:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, lubricants, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Large or special-order freight-shipped equipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • * Please Note: Federal Shipping Regulations prohibit the shipment of equipment once it has been gassed or oiled *

Cancelled Orders

  • An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If delivery of purchase is refused (and the refusal is not due to damage) the purchaser will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
