Compressed Air USA offers returns within 30 days of delivery on new and unused items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, new, and in the original packaging
Returns may be subject to a credit card processing fee
Some product such as freight shipped equipment or aftermarket parts may be subject to a restocking fee
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, lubricants, flammable liquids or gases
* Please Note: Federal Shipping Regulations prohibit the shipment of equipment once it has been gassed or oiled *
CANCELLED ORDERS
An order that has not shipped yet may be cancelled.
An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee and/or credit card processing fee.
If delivery of purchase is refused (and the refusal is not due to damage) the purchaser will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which may be several business days.

Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
