Micro Clean Automatic Electronic Condensate Timer Drain

Micro Clean offers a full line of air treatment and condensate management options, we offer timer drains or float controlled zero loss drains. Install directly onto drain points from filters, dryers, or air receivers to automatically drain condensate and protect your equipment.  Draining condensate prevents water from accumulating causing corrosion, damage, or reduced air storage capacity.  Condensed moisture in compressed air systems also contains dirt, fine dust, particles, oil, and microbes.

Our ETD is completely programmable, adjust the frequency of drain intervals, and valve open time. Rugged and reliable brass construction ensures long-term maintenance free operation. Don't forget to add an oil water separator to your system to separate oil from condensate!

HOW IT WORKS:
Condensate drain lines from filters, separators, or receivers are piped to the Electronic Timer Drain.
As moisture and condensation collects, it must be drained from the system to improve efficiency and performance, prevent damage, and prevent decreasing compressed air capacity.
The timer drain will Open and discharge condensate from the system at custom programmed intervals.
The timer drain will Shut and wait for the next Open Cycle.
Valve Open Timing is recommended to be short, but frequent. This allows for quick discharges which minimizes air loss from the system while frequently operating to ensure excess condensate doesn’t accumulate in the system.
